Pak’n Save employees have the advantage of being able to train on the job in paid employment. Training provided includes management programmes, NZQA nationally recognised grocery retail and distribution related qualifications, adult education training, and short courses to meet business needs.

  • Supervisory Development (National Certificate in first line Management)
  • Management Development (Certificate in Food Retail Management)
  • Meat Retailing and Bakery Apprenticeships
  • NZQA Registered Retail Related Qualifications
  • Other Instore short courses including Supervisory Skills & Health and Safety
